Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Denavolirox ("the Platform," "the Service," or "the Game"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Denavolirox Entertainment ("we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Platform signifies ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

Critical Classification: This Platform does not constitute, facilitate, or promote gambling in any form. No real money can be wagered, won, or withdrawn.

All features are designed purely for entertainment value without any real-world financial implications.

Age Requirements and Eligibility

User Account and Responsibilities

Virtual Items and No Monetary Value

All virtual items, currencies, achievements, cosmetic enhancements, and progression elements available within Denavolirox:

Possess absolutely zero real-world monetary value and cannot be converted to cash or real-world goods under any circumstances.

Are licensed to you, not owned by you
Cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or gifted
Cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, or tangible items
May be modified, removed, or discontinued without notice
Terminate upon account closure or Service discontinuation

Virtual items exist solely within the Platform environment and serve only entertainment and progression purposes. They do not represent financial instruments, investments, or assets of any kind.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Attempting to use the Platform for gambling or real-money wagering
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Distributing malicious code or harmful content
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
Reverse engineering or decompiling Platform software
Misrepresenting affiliation with Denavolirox
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design elements are:

Owned by or licensed to Denavolirox Entertainment
Protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
Subject to exclusive rights held by Denavolirox Entertainment

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without express written permission from Denavolirox Entertainment.

Disclaimers and Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purposes
Warranties of non-infringement or title
Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
Guarantees of complete security or data protection
Guarantees of compatibility with all devices or systems

We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your expectations, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will be available at all times.

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences of such use.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DENAVOLIROX ENTERTAINMENT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from Platform use or inability to use the Platform
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Service errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays
User conduct or interactions with other users

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time
Change features, functionality, or available content without notice
Impose limitations on certain features or restrict access
Terminate or suspend user accounts for Terms violations
Cease Platform operations entirely without liability

You acknowledge that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by ceasing all access. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform or our website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.

You agree to waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum in connection with legal proceedings in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Denavolirox Entertainment regarding the Platform.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Denavolirox Entertainment.
